Individual Retirement Accounts

A traditional IRA is a special tax deferred savings plan designed to accumulate money for retirement. Income taxes are paid on distributed amounts from a traditional IRA attributable to deductible contributions and earnings.
A Roth IRA is another special savings plan designed to accumulate money for retirement. Roth IRA contributions are non-deductible. Qualified distributions can be tax free.
